Better Backs 2006

On visits the focus is on the holistic approach needed to manage back pain, promoting sensible workplace precautions that reduce the risk of back pain and emphasize the positive benefits of staying active with back pain. At the same time, employers and employees are encouraged to work together to help people return to normal activities including work.

Further information can be found on the "Better Backs 2006" Campaign website.

This includes the coordinated inspections of multi-site and peripatetic organisations, focusing on workplace transport including falls from vehicles, musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) and slips during the collection / delivery of goods.

Further information can be found on the "Moving Goods Safely" website.

Nook Corner is a combined Gift, Gallery and Coffee Shop located in the centre of Anstey in one of the oldest buildings in the village. But it is much more than just a coffee shop; it also a very well stocked gift shop, offering a large and constantly changing range of gifts to suit most occasions.
