Zumba:  Exercise in Disguise!

Zumba is the Latin Inspired, dance fitness party.  Forget those boring workouts, come along to my class shake your stuff and lose yourself in the music!  My name is Kerry Lightfoot and my classes are great fun and suitable for all abilities.  Don't worry if you don't have dance experinece, my routines are fun  and easy to follow - you can take it at your own pace...so what you waiting for..Life's a party, lets get shakin!! :-D

My class details:

Mondays:  6:00pm-7:00pm, Gorse Covert Community Centre, Loughborough

Wednesdays:  7:45pm-8:45pm, Garendon High School (Sports Hall)

Thursdays:  6:30pm-7:30pm, Garendon High School (Main Hall)
