  Set amidst the 410 acres of Loughborough University grounds, imago offers an array of facilities for meetings, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and events for the East Midlands. Imago was awarded two gold medals at the 2006 Meetings Industry Marketing Awards. There are 3 main venue sites:

Reception at Burleigh Court

  imago at Burleigh Court – a year round international residential conference centre accommodating up to 240 delegates and built to a 4 star hotel specification, offering an excellent working environment whilst providing the home–from–home comforts

Holywell Park

• Imago at Holywell Park

  imago at Holywell Park – a day delegate conference centre for up to 180 delegates. Situated within landscaped gardens and an ornamental lake that offers a picturesque setting for a product launch or exhibition, or quite simply a great central UK location for meetings for national– or international–travelling business people

• Imago at Loughborough

  imago at Loughborough – a large self–contained site offering variety in terms of period or functional setting with the ability to scale up to the largest and most complex of events. Offering accommodation for more than 2,500, the site can cater for small meeting groups through to large corporate annual conferences with themed banquets or gala dinners

• Henry Ford College

  Henry Ford College is an impressive dedicated training, conference and exhibition centre close to junction 23 of the M1. It has state of the art facilities including 7 training rooms, a fully equipped auditorium seating at least 195 people and 2 large exhibition / display areas.

  The hotel has some excellent conference and banqueting facilities with capacity for up to 250 delegates, whether your requirements are for a formal boardroom meeting or a large National / International sales conference then the hotel is able to fulfil and indeed exceed your needs. It is on the A512, within a couple of minutes of J23 of the M1 and so is easily accessible from Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and East Midlands Airport.

• Prestwold Hall

  Prestwold Hall provides seating for up to 100 delegates in a theatre style, or 200 people for functions and receptions. The estate and gardens are available for team building challenges, motorised activities, barbecues and larger events requiring marquees. It is one of only two estates in the country featuring a racing circuit and can offer corporate driving packages.
