Business Property Market Information

Loughborough and Charnwood has a long and proud industrial and technological history. It has some hi-tech employers in 21st century accommodation. There are also substantial new sites coming on stream over the next few years and sites for new starters / incubation companies (e.g. University Innovation Centre and planned Science Park).
